What is Auricular Acupuncture?

Basing his research on traditional Chinese medicine principles, he recognized the external surface of the ear as a micro-system using point locations to diagnose and treat health conditions.

Auricular acupuncture treatment can be completed using very thin acupuncture needles during a session with an acupuncturist or vaccaria seeds, often called ear seeds, may be placed for extended periods of treatment. The seeds placed with a small piece of adhesive tape are left on the ear for several days.
